      FUNDRAISING - 

      Fundraising events and the schedule are included.

      IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A SUBSIDY YOU MUST FULFILL 10 VOLUNTEER HOURS PER STUDENT OR WRITE A CHEQUE FOR $200.

      Check under the "Fundraising Opportunities" to check out the details for all events and when you can volunteer.

       

      Perogies/Sausage orders are due on Tuesday, Oct.1, 2019

      To be picked up at the school on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 (3:30-5:30 pm).

      Bottle Fundraiser is Saturday, Oct.19, 2019 (1-3 pm)

      Beef Dinner Night is Friday, November 15, 2019 at The Stonebridge Hotel. Adult Event Only

      Purdy's sorting will happen on Dec. 10 immediately after school. 

       Cookie Dough must be picked up on TBD.

      Please note it is very important not to miss the Registration Deadline of September 20, 2019.

      The on-line payment system set up by our tour operator, Ellison Travel and Tours Ltd is ready to accept your registration to collect payments for our tour to Chicago.   

       

      By clicking on the link below you will set up an account to register and make payment for the tour by credit card MASTERCARD OR VISA ONLY or directly from your Canadian bank account. 

       

      To start the registration process:

      Click https://www.ellisontravel.com/et3464/ to view the tour details

      • Scroll down to the bottom and select “Click here to register for this tour”
      • Enter your email address and password and click “Create Account” (please note if you have travelled on a previous tour with Ellison Travel you may already have an existing account – in this case click “Manage Account” and follow the prompts
      • Note: create your registration with the travellers name
      • Your ET Tour Number is 3464
      • The payment details are listed, you have the option to pay by credit card (MasterCard or Visa only) or (CANADIAN bank account).

       

      Alternatively you can access the registration through the website www.ellisontravel.com :

      • Choose "Tour Login" at the very top right hand corner and select "Create Account" or “Manage Account” if you have created an online account in the past
      • Enter 3464 and click on “Register for Tour”
      • Enter your email address, create a password and click “Register”
      • Follow the prompts

       

      Please note it is very important not to miss the Registration Deadline of September 20, 2019 payments will not be charged until the payment due dates.

      Travel Insurance - Ellison Youth All Inclusive Plan with Manulife Financial has been included as part of this trip, based on the price of your tour per this quote (coverage for all Canadian residents who are full time students up to age 29 and chaperones up to the age of 64 who have a valid provincial health card - includes emergency medical coverage, cancellation and interruption, limited baggage insurance – see policy for terms and conditions)

       

      **Please review the electronic copy of your policy for the risks covered by Manulife for benefits of purchasing cancellation insurance. You will find this policy during the registration process. An insurance supplement fee will be charged for adult participants of the trip; the amount of that fee is determined by age.

        2020 CHICAGO BAND TRIP April 22-27, 2020

        THE TRIP IS NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE.

        PAYMENT SCHEDULE ($2366.72)

        The 1st payment cannot be made from Gaming or General Credits. All other payments can be from General Credits or Gaming after Gaming approves our request to use these funds for our current trip. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

        Sept. 27, 2019         1st Payment $400 (to hold your spot)

        Nov. 20, 2019          2nd Payment $700

        Jan. 15, 2020          3rd Payment $700

        March 12, 2020       Final Payment

         

        Credits will be automatically used for payments unless we are notified.

          the bus and arrive at PWA at approx. 1:30 am.
